At the top of a client’s Overview is Summary of a period. It takes over the reading you’d otherwise do between two check-ins.
The period. Choose Past week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks, or set two dates yourself (at most three months).
What the AI reads. Day by day: which meals were logged and which are missing, calories and protein against the goal, supplements, the notes your client wrote in the calendar, sleep, energy, mood, hunger and fullness, bowel movements, workouts, weight and measurements, and completed forms.
What you get back. First the picture in two sentences. Then fixed headings: Energy and sleep, Mood, Hunger and fullness, Bowel function, Nutrition and logging, Training, Weight and measurements and Context. A heading with nothing logged for it is left out. Then a conclusion and at most three points for attention, each with what it’s based on. This costs 20 points from your business’s AI credit.
What you do next.
- Send a message: the AI prepares a draft. You adjust it and send it; it goes into the chat.
- Suggest a conversation: choose the day, time and length. It goes into your client’s calendar, with a message if you like (does this suit you?). If it says (recommended), the AI found a conversation worthwhile and says why.
- Suggestion towards the goal: a suggestion for nutrition, training, supplements and habits, based on this summary. This costs 32 points.
- Adjust the path: go to your client’s programme to schedule a change. See A programme for your client.
Earlier summaries. Every summary is kept. Under Earlier summaries you put last month’s next to this month’s. Only the client’s coaches see them; the client doesn’t.
It stays a draft for you. Nothing goes to your client automatically. Read it, cross out what isn’t right, and send it yourself.
What it’s based on. Under Where does this come from? you’ll find exactly what the AI was given to read, day by day.
Recording more. Mood, fullness and bowel movements (the Bristol scale, 1 to 7) are measurements your client tracks in the app. Turn them on in your client’s measurement settings if you want to see them in the summary.
