Hold down the button and say what you want to do. Assistant opens the record, fills in the window and drafts the message. You watch and say “save”. That way you manage your clients in between other things, over a cup of coffee.

How it works

It opens the screen and fills in the same window you would use yourself, with the same checks.

Save, send, schedule: only when you say or tap it. A message to a client is drafted first.

A few examples
In the dashboard and in the coach app. It understands your clients’ names, even the tricky ones.
“Open Annemieke Kammeijer’s record”
looks up the client by name, even if it only half hears it, and opens the record
“How’s Bram doing?”
last workout, workouts this week, check-in, programme and subscription in two sentences
“Make a training plan with AI for Suzanne: three days, 45 minutes, go easy on the knee”
fills in the questions, has the AI draft a plan and gets it ready to save and schedule
“Set Annemieke’s subscription to Off-peak”
opens the window with the new subscription filled in; you say “save”
“Send Bram: great work this week, see you Thursday”
drafts the message; it only goes out when you say or tap yes
“Note for Sanne: shoulder better, build up next week”
saves the note straight away, with “undo” if you made a mistake

names who’s staying away or at risk of dropping out, with the reason

What it deliberately doesn’t do
- Refunds, connecting Stripe or payouts
- Deleting a record, account or business
- Changing colleagues’ permissions
- Password or second factor
- Changing or cancelling your business’s plan

Privacy and your voice
- We don’t keep your recording: only the text of your command goes into the log.
- It only sees what you’re allowed to see in the dashboard; permissions per colleague apply to it too.
- It doesn’t read clients’ health data out loud.
- A log of what it did, kept for 90 days, for you and the owner.
- It’s an AI, and it says so.
- Your voice is converted to text in the United States (ElevenLabs) and your command is understood there (Anthropic), under standard contractual clauses. See the privacy statement.
