Accessibility

What we’ve checked against WCAG 2.1 level AA, what isn’t right yet, and where to report it if something doesn’t work with your assistive technology. This is a translation for your convenience; the Dutch version is legally binding.

What this covers

The member app (iOS and Android), the coach dashboard, the internal CRM and this website. In the app, as a member, you buy a subscription, a class pass or a product from your gym; that is the service to which the European Accessibility Act (EAA, since 28 June 2025) applies.

What’s in good shape

  • Every page declares its language and has a heading structure that a screen reader can follow.
  • Images have a text alternative; decoration is hidden from assistive technology.
  • Buttons and fields have a name, even where only an icon is visible.
  • Colour is never the only difference: a tick and a dash, a label next to a chip.
  • A gym’s colours in the app are checked for contrast before they are applied.
  • Drag gestures in the app have an alternative with buttons.
  • Forms say what’s wrong and how to fix it, in text and not just in colour.
  • The app works with the system font size and with the screen readers of iOS and Android.

What isn’t right yet

  • The map of training spots and the map of your running route can’t be operated with a screen reader; the list underneath can.
  • Charts (progress, Fitscore) have a short text summary, but no table with all the data points.
  • The PDF documents (coach report, invoice) are not yet tagged.
  • A full external audit has not yet been carried out; this is a self-assessment.
