Cookie policy

Only what’s needed to make the site work. No advertising, no trackers, and no banner you have to click away. This is a translation for your convenience; the Dutch version is legally binding.

What a cookie does here

A cookie is a small file that a site stores in your browser; local storage works the same way. We only use them for something you do yourself: staying signed in to the dashboard, finding your conversation in the chat again, or a view you chose yourself. Nothing is stored on this website itself as long as you’re only reading.

Exactly what we store

NameTypeKeptPurpose
sb-…-auth-token (cookie)Necessaryuntil you sign outKeeps you signed in to the dashboard and the CRM. Without this cookie you would have to sign in again on every page. Not used on this website.
sb-…-auth-token (local storage)Necessaryin your browser, until you clear it; we delete the conversation after 30 days without activity on the linkOnly if you ask our team a question in the chat window: a session without a name or email address, so you can find your conversation again when you click to another page. Searching the help centre stores nothing.
xb-meekijkenNecessaryfor as long as the support view lastsOnly on the dashboard, if you gave support permission to view your account: shows that someone is viewing and ensures that nothing can be changed during that time.
rondleiding:ingeklapt, winkel:weergavePreferencein your browser, until you clear itOnly on the dashboard: whether you collapsed the tour and how you view the shop. Stays on your own computer.

What we don’t store

  • No advertising cookies.
  • No social network cookies.
  • No analytics that track you across websites.

The demo and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether a human is submitting them. This happens without cookies; Cloudflare does see your IP address and your browser to do so. See the privacy statement.

If the app or a dashboard crashes, we send an error report to Sentry. No cookie is involved; it does contain technical data about the moment of the error. See the privacy statement.

Switching them off yourself

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block the session cookie, you can’t stay signed in — that’s not our choice but the function of that cookie.
