Under Money → What you earn you see how things stand financially. You need the Members & subscriptions permission for this.
At the top.
- Monthly subscription revenue: what your running subscriptions bring in together per month, and how many of them are on a trial.
- Received this month: what has come in, next to last month.
- Paid on time: over the last ninety days, with how many members are behind or paused.
- How many trials end this week.
Not ready for online payments yet? Then it shows what’s missing: your Stripe account, or company details. One click takes you there.
The tables.
- Subscriptions: who has what, per instalment, the next direct debit and when they last paid.
- Payments: per period, with anything that was reversed or refunded.
- Invoices: per year, with credit notes. Open an invoice as a PDF, or download the list for your accountant.
