Credit types: classes, PT and more

What credit is, which types you can create and what a member uses them for.

Credit is what a member gets with their subscription or punch card to book something: a class, a PT session, a consultation.

Types. Under Practice & system → Credit you’ll find your types. Classes is created automatically as soon as you give out class credit. You create others yourself, such as Personal Training.

What a type applies to. For the class timetable, or for one service, such as a one-hour PT session. So a member with PT credit can’t use it to book a group class, and vice versa.

On a subscription. In a membership you set which credit comes with it: per period, or once at the start, with how long it’s valid. Each type can only appear on a subscription once.

What a class costs. You set per class type and per class how much credit it costs. Usually that’s one.

Adding visits. In a member’s record, under Business, you add visits, for example a welcome visit or a class that didn’t go ahead. Give a reason. What you add stays in the history with your name and the reason; you can’t remove it later.

What a member sees. In the app, their balance per type and until when it’s valid.
