There are three ways a member can get a subscription.

They sign up themselves in the app. Under Subscription they see what you offer, read the terms and pay through Stripe. For this, your payouts need to be set up and your business details need to be complete.

You send a payment link. In the member’s record, under Business, with Create payment link. Choose the subscription; they get a link to a Stripe payment page. Handy when someone is at the front desk or you’d like to know it’s sorted.

You assign it. Also under Business: choose the subscription and, if needed, an end date, and click Assign. This is for people who pay outside the app, for example in cash or by bank transfer. No direct debit is set up in that case.

A Pro athlete who switches. If they still have a running Pro subscription, a payment link only starts charging once their Pro ends. It says so on screen.

What you see in the record. The current subscription with its price, until when it runs or when the next direct debit is, and any trial. Below that are payments and invoices, including anything that has been refunded.

Stopping. End stops a subscription. If it runs through Stripe, the direct debit stops too.
