Besides group classes, you have appointments with one client: an intake, a personal training session, a consultation. You set these up under Timetable & team → Manage availability.
Services. A service is what you offer, such as Intake 30 minutes or PT session. You give it a duration, optionally a break before and after, a description for clients, what it costs in credit, and whether clients can book it online themselves. You can add a Meet link for an online meeting, a document (PDF) sent with the confirmation, and a questionnaire your client fills in beforehand.
Availability. For each team member you open up blocks: which days, from what time to what time, and optionally for which period. Several blocks per day are possible. Seasonal extra hours are a block with a start and end date.
Closing off time. Holiday or ill? Close off a period for a team member or for the whole business, with a reason. Then nobody can book there.
How a client books. In the app, with Book an appointment: what, with whom and when. They only see times that are really free. After booking, they and the staff member get an email with a calendar invitation attached, so the appointment goes into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. The Meet link and the document are in it, and a questionnaire is ready in the app with the appointment day as the deadline.
Scheduling yourself. You can also put in an appointment yourself, from the timetable or from your client’s record with Schedule appointment. Services that can’t be booked online only work this way. See Scheduling an appointment for your client.
Removing a service. If appointments are already linked to it, switch it off instead of deleting it.
On the timetable. Appointments are shown between your classes, with the name of the client and the staff member. Under Coach occupancy today you see who is busy and until what time.
