Your path: looking weeks ahead to your goal

Choosing a programme or getting one from your coach, ticking off days, and what happens if you miss a day.

In the bar at the bottom is Path: your programme from here to a goal, written out week by week. A marathon in sixteen weeks, a twelve-week weight-loss programme, a muscle-building block -- you see in advance when it gets tough, when you can recover and when you can eat more.

Choosing a path. If you don’t have a path yet, you choose one under Choose your path and tap Start this path. If you have a coach, they can set one up for you -- for example towards a race or a photo shoot.

A reminder. After starting, the app asks When would you like a reminder? Choose 07:00, 12:00 or 19:00, and on your path days you get a notification with that day’s task. With No reminder you don’t get one. Your quiet hours always apply, and you can change it later under Profile → Notifications, at Path reminder.

If a path is already running, under Path you only see that path, with today’s task and your previous paths. If you want a different one, tap Choose another path at the bottom. After you confirm, your current path stops; what you’ve already done stays. Then you choose a new path.

What a week tells you. Each week has a phase (build-up, deload, diet break, peak), a short explanation and sometimes a shift in your nutrition: “this week +300 kcal” means you eat more generously than your usual goal that week. Some days have their own small task, such as “long run: 18 km” or “eat 50 grams of extra carbohydrates today”. These are also in your calendar -- and if you sync your calendar with your phone (Profile → Sync calendar), you see them there too.

Ticking off days and points. Every day you tick off earns the points shown with that day; a rest day counts towards the week, without points. A full week (seven out of seven) is fifty extra, and a completed path (at least four out of five days achieved) a final bonus of 250. You can tick off from the day itself and not ahead of time; anything past without a tick counts as missed.

Proof for a task. If a day asks for something measurable -- a run, a workout, a measurement, a photo -- the app checks that it’s there that day before the tick counts. If it’s missing, the button tells you what’s still missing.

Missing a day costs something. If your gym runs a points programme, a missed day costs points from your spendable balance -- never more than there is in it, and never your level or your place on the leaderboard: what you’ve earned stays earned. Without a points programme, the price is the weekly bonus you miss out on.

One chance to recover. You can still put a missed day right: open that day and choose “Correct this day”. You can do that once every four weeks, across all your paths. Your streak then carries on and a full week still counts; the points for that day itself don’t come back.

Stopping is fine. At the bottom of the path you can stop; what you did is kept, and there’s room for a new path. A path is a tool, not a contract.

Unlocking paths. Seven paths are always open, including four for people who don’t go to the gym: Move more, Stronger at home, Walk to 10,000 steps and Active twice a week. There, every activity counts: a walk, a class, a home workout or a workout from your watch. The tougher paths unlock when you reach a certain level; each locked path shows which level. With Pro they’re open straight away, and your coach can give you any path.
