Logging a workout

Starting a workout, ticking off sets, what the app remembers from last time, and why it works offline.

Starting. On your home screen, today’s workout has Start workout. You can also start from your path, from a notification, or via the Training screen. If nothing is scheduled, create your own plan with Create plan. If you did something without a plan, such as a class or a walk, use Log workout; see Logging an activity.

Ticking off sets. For each exercise you enter the weight and the number of reps. The app remembers what you did last time, so you only change what’s different. When you tick off a set, the rest timer starts.

Supersets. If exercises are linked, the app guides you through them in the right order, and only starts the rest after the last one.

The camera watching. For some exercises, the sports assistant can count your reps. See The sports assistant.

Offline. The logger works without signal, precisely in a basement with thick walls. Everything is stored on your device and uploaded automatically as soon as there’s a connection.

Done. Your workout earns points, counts towards your streak, and goes into your calendar. If you set a record, you see it straight away.

What your coach sees. If you have a coach, they see what you logged: what weight, how many reps, and whether you finished the workout.
