Assigning a meal plan

Giving a plan to a client, with a range and swaps, and planning a series ahead from bulk to cut.

You assign a meal plan in your client’s record, under Nutrition.

Choosing and starting. Choose the plan and the start date. For each day the app works out which day of the series is due, counted from the start.

Settings when assigning.

  • Range on the macros: how much a day can deviate before the app says anything about it. If you leave it empty, the app says nothing; you decide the approach.
  • Swapping dishes allowed: your client can replace a dish, as long as their day stays within their goals.
  • Note to your client: why this plan and what can be moved around. They get a message about it in the chat, so they can find it again.

Planning a series ahead. With Plan series ahead you put several periods one after the other, for example bulk, maintenance and cut. Each plan ends the day before the next one starts. If a plan without an end date is already running, it ends the day before the series. The last plan can run on until you stop it yourself. Together, a series can last up to 56 weeks.

One plan at a time. A client follows one plan on any given day. Otherwise the question "what am I eating today" can’t be answered.

Nutrition goals. You set the goals a swap is checked against on the client themselves. See Setting nutrition goals.
