Your client list and who needs attention

The list of client records, the tabs, what the signals mean and why the order isn’t alphabetical.

Under Client records is everyone you coach. It’s not an address book, but a work list.

Four figures at the top. The number of active records and how many were active this week, who is dropping off or training less, whose punch card is used up, and who is at risk of dropping out: needs attention and hasn’t trained this week.

The tabs.

  • All records: everyone, with per client their programme, how far they are, when they last trained and how many visits they have left.
  • Needs attention: who dropped off, trained less or has no visits left.
  • Recently active: who did something this week.
  • Invited: invitations that aren’t complete yet. See Inviting a client.
  • Sign-ups: athletes who showed interest via the app. See Sign-ups from the Finder.

The signals. A red figure by the last workout means they did less this week than last week. Stagnation on a programme means they missed several days of their path in the last seven days. The signals are recalculated every night.

Searching and filtering. Search by name, or choose a coach to see only their clients.

Clicking through. Click a client for their record, or send a message straight away.

In the coach app there’s the same list, with those who need your attention at the top.
