A path sets out the weeks towards a goal: what’s trained, what changes in the nutrition, and a task for each day. Your client ticks things off in the app; you see how it’s going. You’ll find them under Programmes & paths.
Standard paths. Paths we’ve prepared, such as a build-up towards a race or a weight-loss programme. You can read and assign them, but not change them. If you want something different, save your own version.
Writing your own path. With Design new path, or by duplicating an existing path. For each week you give a phase (such as build-up, deload, diet break or peak), a heading and an explanation your client reads. For each day you add a short task, such as long run: 12 km, conversational pace, optionally with a plan and points.
Tasks that check themselves. A day can ask for something measurable, such as a run, a walk, a bike ride, logging weight or scanning a machine. The app then checks that it actually happened that day before the tick counts.
Nutrition per week. A week can have an adjustment compared with your client’s goals, such as +300 kcal in a build-up week.
A fork. Let your client choose which way to go from a certain week, with two or more tracks.
Appearance. Choose a world that colours the road and the markers in the app, and optionally your own cover photo.
Assigning. Choose the client and the start date. The app sets up week one; days before the start don’t count as missed. If you give each day a fixed time, your client gets a reminder.
Following. For each path you see how many people are on it, how far along they are and what percentage they completed over the last seven days. If someone is falling behind, send them a nudge: a notification on their phone, at most one per 24 hours.
Archiving. Archive a path you no longer assign. Anyone on it just carries on.
