This is about what a gym or coach pays for xBase360. If you’re a member of a gym, you’re looking for Your subscription at your gym.
Monthly or yearly. Every plan with a fixed price can be taken out monthly or yearly; yearly works out cheaper. The current prices are on the pricing page. What you pay now doesn’t change as long as your subscription runs.
What’s in each plan. Each plan includes everything from the plan before it.
- Start: training plans, nutrition and progress, chat with your clients, the shop and online payments through Stripe. Up to 15 members and one coach, with a small AI credit.
- Growth: up to 40 members and three coaches. Adds a place in the Finder, the coach report with the Fitscore, consultations, the list of who needs attention, challenges, a larger AI credit and your own colours in the app. The Finder and your own colours work as soon as the app is in the App Store and Google Play; until then you invite your clients with a link.
- Gym: up to 500 members and unlimited coaches. Adds the class timetable with waiting list and kids’ club, access control, stickers on your machines, the public API, a large AI credit, and your own colours, logo and font.
- Enterprise: unlimited members, multiple locations, your own app in the App Store under your name, and integrations with your existing systems. We agree the price together.
A padlock. If a feature isn’t in your plan, there’s a padlock in the menu and a tile saying from which plan it’s included. Anything you’d already set up is kept. Under Account & profile → Subscription you see per feature what you have now.
The Finder. Athletes who use the app without a coach search there for a gym or personal trainer nearby. If you’re listed, they can get in touch with you. So you’re not buying a place on a list, but people who contact you.
What your members pay us. Nothing: they pay you. What they buy from you, such as a subscription, a punch card or a product, is up to you, and that money goes to you. On every online payment Stripe deducts the platform fee (1.7% + €0.30, including VAT); we pay the Stripe fees. See Connecting Stripe and setting up payouts.
