You take out your plan under Account & profile → Subscription. Only the owner of the business can do this.
Choosing. At the top is what you have now. Below that, the plans are shown side by side, with what’s included. Choose monthly or yearly; with yearly you pay for the whole year in one go and it works out cheaper. Some plans can only be bought monthly; if so, it says so.
Paying. You go to a payment page from Stripe, our payment provider. There you pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card or SEPA Direct Debit. After paying with iDEAL or Bancontact, each following instalment is collected by direct debit. Then you return to the dashboard. It can take half a minute for your new plan to appear.
During your trial. If you pay while your trial is still running, you keep the remaining trial days. The first payment is taken when the trial ends. So paying during your trial doesn’t cost you any days.
Interrupted? Then nothing has been charged. You can simply try again.
A quote. If we’ve agreed a custom price, your quote is ready at the top. See Paying for a quote.
Enterprise doesn’t have a button to pay, but a button to get in touch. The price depends on what’s needed.
