You don’t need to learn fixed phrases; say it the way you would ask a colleague. A few examples.
Finding and opening
- “Open Annemieke Kammeijer’s record.” Or just a tab: “Go to her nutrition”, “Show the check-ins”.
- “Go to the timetable”, “Open the subscriptions”, “Go to Money”.
- “Find the Full body plan” or “Which exercise is called Bulgarian split squat?”
Questions about your clients and your business
- “How’s Bram doing?” You hear his last workout, how many workouts this week and this month, his last check-in, his programme and his subscription.
- “Who needs attention?” Who is staying away or is at risk of dropping out, with the reason.
- “How full are the classes tomorrow?” A day’s classes with places, booked and waiting list.
- “How are we doing?” The figures for the last thirty days: active members, new members, workouts, class occupancy, open check-ins.
Filling in windows
- “New client: Pieter de Vries.” The New client window opens with the name filled in. An email address is better typed; dictating often goes wrong.
- “Put Annemieke’s subscription on Off-peak.” In the record, Business tab, it fills in the window. You say “save it” or tap Yes.
- On the dashboard this works with every window: it reads the fields and buttons that are there. In the app with Add client, Create plan with AI and Create meal plan with AI.
Plans with AI
- “Create a training plan with AI for Suzanne: three days, 45 minutes, go easy on the knee, no lunges, ten minutes of warm-up.” It fills in the questions and has the AI make a draft. Then “save it” and “schedule it”. See Create plan with AI.
- “Meal plan with AI for Bram: 2200 kcal, four meals, vegetarian.” See Building a meal plan.
- The draft itself comes out of your business’s AI credit, just as when you press the button.
Messages, notes and tasks
- “Send Bram: great work this week, see you Thursday.” The message is ready with Send.
- “Give Sanne the task: ten-minute walk after meals.” A task on her home screen, also prepared first.
- “Note for Sanne: shoulder better, build up next week.” Saved straight away, with Undo note (for fifteen minutes).
- “Task: call Bram tomorrow.” A task for yourself, also with undo.
Explanations
- “How do I set up a trial?”, “Where do I find my colleagues’ permissions?” The answer comes from this help centre and the blog, with the article attached. If it isn’t there, it says so honestly and points you to Support.
