Under Timetable & team you’ll find your weekly timetable: classes, waiting lists, your team’s availability and appointments. The class timetable is part of the Gym plan and above.
Class types first. A class type is the kind of class, such as Spinning or Bootcamp, with a description for members, how much credit a class costs and up to how many hours beforehand members can cancel for free. Create them under New class type.
Scheduling a class. Click an hour in the grid, or choose New appointment / class. Choose the class type, the time, the trainer, the room and the number of places. With Repeat weekly you add it for several weeks in one go.
Each class can be different. Its own description, a note only your team sees, how much credit the class costs, until when cancelling is free, how many days ahead it can be booked, and whether the class is cancelled if nobody has booked a few hours beforehand. For an online class you add a link, which can be visible before booking if you like. If you only want the front desk to book, turn online booking off.
Dragging. Drag a class to another hour or another day. To copy it instead, hold down the Alt key as you let go (⌥ on a Mac).
Filtering. View the timetable per staff member or per room, and browse by week.
Your business’s timetable rules. Under Settings & attendance you’ll find the defaults: until when cancelling is free, the default credit per class, whether members can see how full a class is (such as 5/8), how far ahead and until how late they can book, how many classes per day, whether there’s a waiting list, and whether a reminder is sent beforehand. The strictest rule of business, membership and class applies. The front desk can always book.
