Recording and saving a consultation

Recording a conversation in the app, having the notes written up, checking and saving them, and what your client sees.

With consultations you record conversations with your clients: an intake, a progress review, a treatment. This is part of the Growth plan and higher.

Recording. In the coach app, with Record consultation. Choose the client and what kind of conversation it is: an intake, a progress or treatment conversation, or something else, such as a team meeting. Put the phone down and have the conversation. Do tell the other person that you’re recording; that’s mandatory.

The notes. Afterwards, the AI writes a draft in four parts: what the client reports themselves, what you observed or measured, what that means together, and the plan with treatment, exercises and follow-up. You read it through and correct anything that isn’t right. Nothing is saved without your approval.

The recording is cleared away. After processing, it disappears. The transcript stays with the consultation as your working notes: that’s what was said, and it doesn’t change. The notes are your summary.

What your client sees. The saved notes. Not the recording or the transcript. Bear that in mind when you write.

Who else sees it. Only you, not even your colleagues. Every time you open the record, it’s recorded in the log your client can view.

After saving. If something isn’t right, you write a correction underneath. The original notes stay; that’s what makes it a record and not a note.

Looking back. Under Consultations in the dashboard, and in the client’s record. Export CSV gives you a list of all your consultations.

A second factor. If you record consultations, signing in with a second factor is mandatory. See Signing in with a second factor.
