If your business offers childcare while people exercise, you set it up under Timetable & team → Kids’ club. The kids’ club is part of the Gym plan and higher.

Settings. How long a block lasts, how many children fit in a block and how many of them may be babies (0 to 1 year), the maximum time a child can stay per day, what a block costs in credit (0 is free), until what time parents can cancel for free, how far ahead they can book and how many bookings they can have at once.

Creating the timetable. Enter the opening times and choose Create timetable. That sets up blocks for the next two weeks. Whatever was already there stays; pressing twice doesn’t create a double timetable.

Turning it on. With Kids’ club on members can book for their child in the app.

Occupancy. An overview of the next two weeks, with per block how many children there are and roughly how many supervisors you need. You draw the staff for the kids’ club from your team: give them the kids’ club label.

Attendance. Click a block for the children who are booked in, with their age, and sign off who was there. If a block has to be dropped, cancel it with a reason.

Terms and notifications. Write what parents need to know: dropping off and picking up, food, being ill. Those terms can go with every confirmation. If you want an email for every new booking, enter an address.
