If you create a training plan or meal plan with the help of AI, your client sees that in the app. That way they know where it comes from; the EU AI Act asks for that transparency.
What your client sees. With the plan, on their nutrition screen and with a recipe, there’s a short line:
- Set up with AI, reviewed by your coach: the AI made the draft, and you saved it.
- Set up with AI: the draft comes from the AI without a coach, for example a plan your client made with AI themselves, or a recipe.
A plan without AI gets no line.
When the label is added. When you save a draft from the AI. In the builder, that’s after Get a suggested plan for a training plan, or Get a draft for a meal plan. In the coach app, it’s after Create plan with AI or Create meal plan with AI.
Saving is reviewing. There’s no separate tick box. By saving a draft, you’re saying you’ve looked at it. So really check it: the exercises, the amounts, and what you know about your client.
Duplicating. A copy keeps the label of the original. See Duplicating a plan.
