What your coach sees about you, and what they don’t

Coaching only works if your coach sees your data. That doesn’t mean they see everything.

A coach who doesn’t see your workouts and nutrition can’t steer on them. That’s the whole reason you share your data with them. But sharing isn’t all or nothing, and it’s good to know where the boundaries are.

What your coach sees. Your workouts, your food diary, your measurements, your progress photos, your goals and the forms you filled in. That’s what they look at when they adjust your plan.

From when. By default only what you record from the moment you joined them. They only see your history from before that if you turn it on. That can be handy: a new coach who sees what you did over the past year doesn’t have to guess.

What they never see. Your password. Your conversations with our support. Your cycle, which you only track for yourself. And what you enter yourself in an overview for your physio or GP, such as medication.

You see who looked. Every time someone requests your contact details or your record, it’s listed in your app with name and date. You don’t need to turn anything on for that.

Reports of conversations. If your coach records a conversation, you can read the report back. Not the recording or the raw transcript: those are their working notes. The report is what counts, and it doesn’t change afterwards.

You can always stop. With one button you end your coaching. Your coach then no longer sees your data and is notified. Your data stays yours, and comes with you if you start somewhere else later.
