Under the middle button, in Everything, you’ll find Shop: what your gym sells, such as clothing, supplements or a punch card.
Browsing. By department, and sometimes in a showcase such as Offers. A product has its own page with photos and details. Sometimes there’s a member price.
Ordering. Put what you want in your basket, and open the basket.
- Collection or delivery: delivery is possible if your gym ships, sometimes with shipping costs and free above a certain amount. You then enter your address.
- Paying: online with iDEAL, card or Bancontact, or at the front desk when you collect. If your gym doesn’t offer online payment yet, you pay at the front desk.
- A gift card: enter the code; the balance is deducted from the total.
- Points: if your gym takes part, you can use points for a discount.
After ordering. If you pay online, you go to a payment page and then automatically back to the app. Your gym prepares your order. Under Your orders you see how it’s getting on. See Your order.
Empty? Then your gym hasn’t put anything in the shop yet. That’s not a fault.
