An offer from your gym

Your gym or coach offers you a subscription: seeing what’s included, paying, switching or saying no.

Sometimes your gym or coach sets up a subscription especially for you. You’ll then get an email and a notification in the app.

Viewing it. In the app, the offer is at the top under Profile → Your subscription, with the price, a note from your gym and how long it’s valid. The button in the email also shows you what’s included and the terms.

Saying yes.

  • If you don’t yet have a subscription that runs through the app, choose Review and pay. You read the terms, tick that you agree and pay on the secure payment page.
  • If you already pay this gym through the app, it’s a switch. Choose See what it costs: a more expensive subscription is active straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of your period; a cheaper subscription starts at your next period.

Saying no. With No, thanks, in the app or via the email. Your gym sees it; nothing changes.

Expired? An offer is valid for a limited time. If it has expired, ask your gym for a new offer.

Can’t find your answer?

If it’s about your subscription, your classes or your plan, your gym or coach will know the answer. For the app itself, the chat can help: it searches here first and otherwise passes you on to us.
