Being found in the Finder

Your listing for athletes without a coach: heading, text, photos, your place on the map and when you’re visible.

Athletes who use the app without a coach or gym search the Finder for someone near them. Under Discoverability you create the listing they’ll see. The Finder is part of the Growth plan and above.

What athletes read. A heading and a text: what makes you the right choice, who you’re there for, and what can someone expect? Choose what kind of offer you have: a location people come to, coaching online or by appointment, or a personal trainer who comes to the client.

Photos. Save the listing first; then you add photos. A listing with a photo gets clicked far more often than one without.

Your place on the map. Search for your address and drag the pin if it’s slightly off. The Finder sorts by distance, so without a location you’re not listed. If you work in an area rather than at one address, choose a circle with a range in kilometres. The circle is centred on a rounded-off point, so your address can’t be read from it.

When you’re visible. When your plan includes the Finder, the listing is switched on and there’s a location. At the top it says whether that’s the case, and if not, why not. On the right you see how athletes see your listing.

What it brings in. At the top you see how many athletes have got in touch since your listing went live, who you’re talking to and who became a member.

On the website too. If you’re in the Finder, you’re also on our page of gyms and coaches in your city.
