Under Challenges you set up a challenge for your members, such as Squat month or 100 km in October. Challenges are part of the Growth plan and higher.
What’s counted. Completed workouts, training volume (kilos times reps), classes attended, habits ticked off, kilometres running, cycling or swimming, squares of territory captured, completed days on a path, or active calories from a watch or phone. You choose that beforehand, and it’s fixed after that: switching halfway makes the leaderboard incomparable.
Goal or leaderboard. Set a goal, such as 20 workouts, or leave it empty for just a leaderboard. Whoever reaches the goal gets a bonus.
When. A start and end date.
Teams. Enter up to eight team names. Members choose a team when they join, and you can assign them. The ranking goes on the average per participant, so a small team competes fairly.
Who can join. All members, or by invitation only.
What the leaderboard shows. Names, or initials for members who’d rather not be on the board by name.
Joining is a choice. Members join themselves via the app. A leaderboard shows their name and figures to other members, so nobody ends up on it without choosing to.
Reward. Points at the result, for example for the top three and for everyone who reaches the goal. When it closes, a badge is added automatically, which you can then replace or award to everyone who reached the goal.
Reminders. Choose when participants get an alert: at the start, halfway, in the last few days and at the result. Goal reached always goes out, and a message about their position only when there’s a change in the top five.
Closing. After the end date, the result is finalised. If you want to stop earlier, close the challenge; the end date becomes today.
