Sign-ups from the Finder

What to do when an athlete taps I’m interested: getting in touch, notes and proposing a transfer.

When an athlete taps I’m interested in the Finder, they come in under Client records → Sign-ups, with whatever they chose to share: their name, email address, phone number, town and a message. You’ll also get a notification.

The status. New, read, contact made, transfer proposed, became a member, or closed. Filter on what’s still open, so nobody gets left behind.

Getting in touch. Call or email, then set the sign-up to Contact made. Record who is picking it up; that’s shown with it.

A note for yourself. What you discussed, or when you’ll call back. Only your business sees this.

Proposing a transfer. If they want to start with you, propose a transfer. Choose a subscription (or none, in which case they become a member without a subscription and you sort that out later), who will coach them, and optionally write a personal note; it goes into the email word for word. They get an email and a notification, and say yes or no themselves. Nothing changes without their yes.

If they say yes. They become a member, linked to the coach you chose, and keep all their data. If they still have a running Pro subscription, your subscription takes over as soon as their Pro ends, so they don’t pay twice.

Withdrawing a proposal is possible as long as they haven’t responded yet. A proposal is valid for a while; until when is shown with it.
