Dropping out is the biggest risk in a GLI. That’s why the Risk of dropping out list is at the top of GLI: who you’d do well to call now, and why.

Risk of dropping out: the reason per participant, and Contacted. (opens at full size in a new tab)
Risk of dropping out: the reason per participant, and Contacted.

What triggers a signal. Only behaviour, never a judgement about someone’s health:

  • Missed 2 group meetings in a row (or more);
  • a measurement point not recorded in time, such as Starting measurement not yet recorded, two weeks after the start or after the end of a phase;
  • No workouts or app use seen for 14 days;
  • a phase running longer than planned, such as Phase 1 has been running for 8 months; 6 months is planned.

Each participant appears once, with all the reasons listed.

Planned. For the comparison, the screen calculates with an intake of six weeks, phase 1 and phase 2 of six months each, and a maintenance phase of twelve months.

Contacted. If you’ve spoken to the participant, click Contacted. Enter the date and optionally a note, such as called, coming back to the group next week, and click Record. After that the signal stays quiet for 14 days. Below the list you see how many participants are quiet after contact.

No score, no prediction. The list counts what happened and gives the reason. What you do with it is up to you.
