Besides group classes, you can sometimes make an appointment with one person: an intake, a personal training session, a consultation.

Where. Under Quick log, the button in the middle, at Book an appointment. Or in your Calendar, with Book an appointment with your coach. If you already have an appointment today, you’ll also see it in the Today list on your home screen.

Booking. In three steps: What would you like to book?, With whom? and When?. You only see times that are really free, for the next two weeks.

Confirming. When you tap a time, the app asks Book this appointment?, with what, with whom and when. Book confirms it, Cancel lets you choose again.

After booking. You get an email with a calendar invitation attached, so the appointment goes into your Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. If it’s an online meeting, the link is in it, and in the app with your appointment (Open Meet link). Sometimes a document is attached.

A questionnaire. If one belongs to the appointment, you’ll see that when choosing. After booking, it’s ready in the app, with the appointment day as the deadline.

Your appointments. They’re under Your appointments. That’s also where you cancel.

If your coach schedules an appointment for you, you get the same confirmation by email and a notification in the app.

Costs. An appointment can cost credit, such as a PT session from your subscription.

Nothing to book? Then your gym hasn’t opened up any appointments yet, or nobody has free time. Ask your coach.

Can’t find your answer?

If it’s about your subscription, your classes or your plan, your gym or coach will know the answer. For the app itself, the chat can help: it searches here first and otherwise passes you on to us.
