Under the middle button, in Everything, you’ll find Recipes. That’s where your own recipes are, your coach’s and those from the community.

Writing your own. Look up each ingredient and enter the weight that goes into the whole pan, not what ends up on your plate. Say how many servings it makes; the app divides the nutritional values accordingly. If you cook for four and eat one serving, a quarter counts.

Having one created. Say what you have at home, or what you’d like to eat and how much time you have. You get one recipe, calculated with our nutrition database, so your macros are right. It stays in your list. This costs points.

From the community. Under Community → Recipes from the community you’ll find what others have shared. Tap a word to search. If you like a recipe, take it over. You share your own recipe on the recipe screen, under Share.

Reusing. Add a saved recipe to a meal with one tap, with the number of servings you had.

Adjusting a portion. If you ate slightly differently from the recipe, change the grams in your diary. The recipe itself doesn’t change.

In your meal plan. Recipes can also be part of a plan. The shopping list then turns them into what you need to buy.

You can always make changes. What you logged earlier stays as it was at the time.
