Privacy: who sees what about you

For each type of data, who has access, and which switches you control yourself.

Short and concrete, per type of data.

Only you. Your password, your conversations with support, your cycle, your posture measurement, and everything you enter as long as you don’t have a coach.

You and your coach. Your workouts, your food diary, your measurements, your progress photos and your goals. See What your gym sees about you.

You and your gym. Your membership, your bookings and your purchases.

Other athletes. Nothing, unless you choose to share:

  • The leaderboard: your name, points and level. Off by default; you turn it on under Profile.
  • A shared run or workout: only if you share it when saving, each time.
  • Your territory on the map: you choose whether everyone sees it, only your gym, or only you.
  • A challenge: if you take part, the other participants see your name and score.

What you control yourself. Under Profile → Location and route sharing you set up privacy zones around your home or work. Under Profile → AI and community you see who you’ve blocked. You block someone or report something with the flag on a run, workout or comment, or on someone’s profile; see Sharing a run or workout in the community.

Who your data belongs to. You. It’s linked to your account and not to your gym, so you take your history with you if you switch or stop.
