What’s recorded about you, and who has looked at it

Reading back your notes and reports, seeing who has accessed your data, and stopping your coaching.

Under Profile → Your data and who has looked at it, a few things are brought together.

Your notes. If your coach or care provider records a conversation, you can read here what was written down: what you said, what was observed or measured, how that was assessed and what the plan is. You see a set of notes as soon as it has been saved, not while it’s still being written.

What you don’t see is the recording of the conversation and the raw transcript of it. Those are your care provider’s working notes: they contain slips of the tongue and things that were considered out loud and then rejected. The notes are what remains and what counts. Send me a copy gets you a set of notes by email.

Reports from your coach. If your coach creates a progress report about you, it’s here, with your Fitscore and until when you can download it.

Who has looked at your data. Every time someone accessed your contact details or your record, it’s shown here with name and date. You don’t need to switch anything on for this.

Your coaching. As long as you’re being coached, your coach can view your data. You can always stop: your coach then no longer sees your data and gets a notification. You do stay a member of the business; you cancel that separately. Starting again is only possible with a new invitation.

Taking your data with you. At the bottom you request a copy. See Taking your data with you.
