If you lift more than ever on an exercise, or run your fastest five kilometres, the app marks it as a personal record.
How it’s decided. Every set you log is compared with your best so far. A heavier weight for the same number of reps is a record; the same weight for more reps is too. Outdoors, your fastest time or your longest distance counts.
Where to find them. Under Progress, in Records, and with your previous runs. Indoors and outdoors. Tap a record to see the trend: how it grew over the months.
Plateaued? If you’ve been stuck at the same level for four weeks, the app mentions it. A lighter week followed by building up again often helps.
Sharing. When you set a new record, there’s a button to share it as an image.
Records aren’t a goal in themselves. Chasing a record every week is the quickest route to an injury. They’re the result of training consistently.
