Points, levels and your wallet

Where your points come from, how a level works, and the difference between your level and what you can spend.

The app turns what you do into points. Not to make a game of it, but because progress should be visible on days when the scale shows nothing.

Where points come from. A completed workout, a class you attended, a run, walk or bike ride (in proportion to what you burned, with a maximum per session), a habit you ticked off, a day on your path, a training spot you recorded, and territory you conquered.

Your level. Your points add up to a total, and that determines your level. Each next level asks a bit more, so the first ones come quickly and the later ones take persistence. Levels go up to a highest value. Your level never goes down.

Your wallet. That’s something else: points you can spend. You’ll find it under Profile → Your level, badges and points, on the Points & wallet tab.

  • AI features cost points, such as having a photo of your plate recognised or having a recipe created.
  • At your gym points can be worth money, if your gym takes part: a discount in the shop or on your monthly fee. The tab shows what applies to you.

What it doesn’t do. Points aren’t a judgement. They measure activity, not health. A rest day is part of it and only costs you points, not progress.
