If you’ve agreed a price with us, for example for Enterprise or an annual contract, you’ll get a quote by email. You open it with a link, without signing in.
Accepting. On the quote page you say yes. If you didn’t have a business with us yet, we create one and you get an invitation to open your account. If you already had one, the quote belongs to that business.
Paying. Sign in and go to Account & profile → Subscription. At the top it says Your quote is ready, with the amount, per month or per year, and any one-off costs, such as setup. Those one-off costs appear on your first invoice.
After that. You pay through Stripe. From then on your plan runs at the price from the quote, and the invoice is under Subscription.
