Under the middle button, in Everything, you’ll find Exercises: a library of movements, how to perform them and which muscles they work.
The name tells you the variant. Where a movement has several forms, the difference is in brackets: Dip (rings), Dip (bench), Pull-up (neutral grip), Leg press (seated, horizontal), Cable woodchop (high to low). That way the variants sit together in the list and you know which one you need at the gym.
The line below the name says what the name doesn’t: the equipment, your position, the direction and whether you work one side at a time. For example: Cable · high pulley · diagonally down to the opposite hip, per side.
Searching. Type a name or a piece of equipment -- rings, cable, machine -- and the list gets shorter as you type. Don’t know the name? Filter by muscle group and browse what belongs to it.
What each exercise shows. Photos of the start and end of the movement (or a 3D example), how to perform it, the muscles that do most of the work and the muscles that assist, and your own fixed note.
From your workout. Tap the name of the exercise during a workout and you land here. When building a plan, you end up in the same library.
Something missing? The list keeps growing. Ask your coach to add an exercise, or use the closest variant.
