Under News for your members you post a message that all your members see on their home screen, with your business’s name next to it. Think of a new timetable, a bank holiday or a special offer.
Creating a message. A title and a text. Optionally a header image of up to 5 MB, and up to five attachments (PDF or image, each up to 10 MB). News is an announcement, not an archive. Before you post, you see how a member will see it on their home screen.
Who can do this. Anyone with the News & updates permission.
Editing. You can edit a message you’ve posted; your members see the new version straight away.
Deleting. The message disappears from all your members’ home screens immediately. This can’t be undone.
News or a group conversation? News is for everyone and nobody can reply to it. If you want a conversation with a group, start a group under Messages. See Sending a message to several clients.
