Under Practice & system → Machines you record your equipment. Put a QR sticker on each machine, and a member immediately sees which exercises they can do on it and what they lifted on it last time. This is part of the Gym plan and above.
Adding a machine. Give it a name, where it is (such as Room 1, back wall) and a short instruction, for example how to set the backrest. Link the exercises that can be done on it. Without exercises, a scan only gives the name.
Printing stickers. Under Stickers there’s a page with one QR sticker per machine. Print it on sticker paper, or on ordinary paper with tape over it. Stick it where someone will see it when they’re standing in front of it, usually on the side next to the weight stack.
Become unreadable? Below each sticker are letters a member can type in. There are no zeros or ones: what looks like an O is an O, and what looks like a 1 is a 7.
What a member sees. The exercises on this machine, with their own previous weights. A machine that’s been switched off returns nothing.
Without a sticker. The app can also recognise a machine from a photo, but that costs AI credit and a few seconds. With a sticker it’s free, instant and exact, and you decide which exercises are at the top.
Adding quickly. In the coach app you take a photo of a machine with the Scanner. It then appears under Machines, with exercises and a sticker code.
