Deleting your account

How to delete your account, what goes, what has to stay by law, and the difference with cancelling.

At the bottom of Profile is Delete account. The app asks once more, and then it’s done.

What goes. Your training history, your measurements, your progress photos, your food log and your profile. This can’t be undone.

What stays, without your name. Paid orders and invoices must be kept for seven years; your name is removed from them. Messages you sent to others stay in their conversation, without a sender.

Notes from your care provider. If a coach or care provider recorded conversations with you, those stay with the practice where you were being treated. That’s a legal retention requirement for records. If you want to ask about that, contact the practice.

A copy first? Request it before you delete. See Taking your data with you.

This isn’t the same as cancelling. Your subscription with your gym runs through them; cancel it under Your subscription. You cancel Pro where you bought it.

Not sure? You can always sign out, and it changes nothing about your data. Deleting is final.
