Scanning a machine, board or notebook

Turning the result from a treadmill or rowing machine, a plan on the board or your notebook into a workout.

Did you train on a machine or from your notebook? Then you don’t need to type it out. Open the Scanner under the middle button, at All.

The result from a machine. Photograph the screen of a rowing machine, treadmill, air bike or cross trainer when you’re done. The result becomes a completed workout, with your metres, calories and heart rate.

A plan from the board. The whiteboard in the gym, a sheet of paper or a notebook. You get a plan to save, or a completed workout if you’ve already done it.

A page from your notebook. With kilos and reps per set. That becomes a workout on the date written on it, and your weights go into your charts.

Checking. You first see what was read and correct anything that isn’t right. Only then is it saved.

Looking back at your machine sessions. Under Cardio → Your previous runs → Machines they’re all together, with a line per type. You correct a result that was misread there; an empty field means this wasn’t on it. If you delete a session, the result and the photo go, but points you earned stay.

Rather fill it in yourself? That’s possible too, without a photo.
