Your streak: weeks in a row

What makes a week count, which milestones there are, and why a rest day costs nothing.

Your streak counts weeks in a row in which you did something on at least three days. It’s on your home screen under Your progress, with a little flame next to it, and on your profile.

What counts. A completed workout, a run or walk, a path day, a logged meal, a habit you ticked off or your step goal. Just opening the app doesn’t count.

Rest days are part of it. A week has seven days and you need three. If you train six days and rest on Sunday, you keep your streak.

The current week. While the week is running, you see how far you are: This week 2 of 3 days. Once the week is complete, it says This week counts. A week that isn’t complete yet doesn’t break anything.

Milestones. After 2, 4, 8, 13, 26 and 52 weeks you get a bonus. Your home screen shows how many weeks you have to go.

A week just short? On Monday you can use your free day for the month on Sunday, if that brings the week to three days after all.

New week, new chance. If you don’t make a week, the count starts again, without a notification. Your points, records and measurements stay as they are.

A nudge on Sunday. If you’re one day short for the week and notifications are on, you get a nudge on Sunday at seven.
