The tip above your food diary

Where that card comes from, how often it changes and who it’s meant for.

Above your food diary there’s sometimes a short card with a tip.

Where it comes from. From xBase360, not from your coach. It’s general information that applies to everyone, not advice tailored to your situation.

When it changes. At midnight. Everyone sees the same tip on the same day, so a gym can refer to it.

Why it’s sometimes missing. If there are no tips ready, the app leaves the card out rather than showing an empty space.

What it isn’t. Not personal nutrition advice and not medical information. If you have a medical condition, take medication or follow a prescribed diet, talk to your doctor or dietitian -- a general tip could turn out to be the wrong thing in your case.

Questions about your nutrition are for your coach. They know your goals, your plan and your history.
