Under Profile → Notifications you decide what you hear and when.
From your coach and your gym.
- Messages in a conversation: as soon as there’s something new.
- What your coach sets up: a plan, a meal plan, a form or a path.
- Your territory: when someone takes squares from you, and a few days before your own squares expire.
What you track yourself. Your phone schedules these itself, and they also work without signal.
- Habits: at the time you set for a habit, only on the days it’s scheduled and if you haven’t ticked it off yet. At most two a day; see Habits and their reminders.
- Workout: on days your coach scheduled a workout, at a time you choose. Off by default.
- Your path: on your path days, with that day’s task. After you start a path, the app asks what time you’d like it; here you change the time or turn it off.
- Your cycle: one day before your expected ovulation and two days before your next cycle. This stays on your phone.
Classes. A nudge a number of minutes before a class you’ve booked.
Quiet hours. Choose from when until when the app keeps quiet. Reminders then move outside that window. Messages from your coach still arrive, but without sound.
Completely quiet for a while. For a holiday or a week off. Then nothing comes in, not even messages from your coach. The silence ends by itself and your settings come back.
Per device. Notifications from the server go to devices you’ve registered. If you turn them off here, nothing more arrives on this phone, but your other devices still get them. Send a test notification checks that everything works.
Your phone’s permission is separate from this. If it’s off, nothing gets through. At the top there’s a button to your phone’s settings.
