Sharing is a choice for each activity. After a run, choose Save and share or Save privately.
What others see. Your route, your distance, your time, your name and, if you add one, a photo. Your route probably passes your home; only share what you’re happy to give away.
Shielding your home. With a privacy zone, a shared route only starts for others outside that circle. Set it up under Profile → Location and route sharing.
Where it appears. Under Community, in the feed of what others did this week. There you choose whether you see only your gym or everyone.
Comments, reporting and blocking. Others can comment. See something that doesn’t belong, like an inappropriate photo, spam or harassment? Report it with the flag on a run or workout in the feed, on a run’s page, on a comment or on someone’s profile. Choose a reason and add details if you like. We look at it within 24 hours and let you know in the app what we decided; the person who posted it won’t find out the report came from you. If several people report the same thing, we hide it before we’ve even looked. If you don’t want to see someone any more, block them in the same place. You see who you’ve blocked under Profile → AI and community.
Sharing by default. In the location settings, turn on Share new runs straight away. That ticks the box for you in advance; you can still turn it off for each run.
Sharing records and badges. A record, a badge or your weekly overview has a button to share it as an image, for example in a group chat.
