Check-ins and forms

Creating an intake, injury update or evaluation, yourself or with AI, sending it to clients and reading the answers.

Under Check-ins & forms you create questionnaires and send them to your clients: an intake, a weekly check-in, an injury update, an evaluation.

Building it yourself. Question by question, with different question types. With follow-up logic you only show a question if an earlier answer calls for it: only ask where the pain is once someone says they’re in pain.

With AI. Choose six things, such as what kind of intake, for whom, what you want to know, how long and in what tone. The AI writes a first version. That’s a draft: nothing is saved until you’ve checked it and saved it.

Visible to. A form is yours, or the whole business’s. If you choose Only me, your colleagues can’t use it.

Sending it out. Choose the clients and optionally a date by which it must be filled in. Your client sees it in the app. A check-in you no longer need, you withdraw again.

What you see back. Per client: what’s open, what’s overdue and what’s been filled in this week. A completed form also comes in with your notifications.

Reviewing. Under the To review tab you read completed check-ins one by one, write a reply and work through the queue with Seen and next. See Reviewing completed check-ins.

Changing a form. If it hasn’t been filled in yet, a change applies straight away. If it has already been filled in, the old answers keep the question as it was asked at the time. That way an answer always matches its question.
