Why the app can be different at your business

With a dietitian, physiotherapist, lifestyle coach, personal trainer or gym, the app puts something different first.

Not every business works the same way. With a dietitian it’s all about food, with a gym it’s about classes. So the app adapts to the type of business you’re with.

What changes.

  • The main card. With a dietitian, the main card on your home screen is your nutrition, with Log food. With all other businesses it’s your training, or your path if one is running.
  • What’s high up on your home screen. With a dietitian, physiotherapist or lifestyle coach, your habits, forms and tasks from your coach come straight under the main card. With a gym, your classes and forms. With a personal trainer, your tasks and messages.
  • Points and your territory. With a physiotherapist or lifestyle coach, those blocks aren’t on your home screen.
  • The order in Quick log. With a gym it starts with Book a class, with a dietitian with Log food and Scan a meal, with a physiotherapist with Log workout and Fill in a form.

What always applies. You only see what your business actually offers. Book a class only appears if your business has a timetable, Book an appointment only if there are appointments to book, and Message your coach and Fill in a form only if you have a coach.

Your own order comes first. If you’ve arranged the blocks on your home screen yourself, under Customise this screen, your order stays.

Without a business, or if the app can’t fetch your business for a moment, the app looks the way it does for everyone.

Can’t find your answer?

If it’s about your subscription, your classes or your plan, your gym or coach will know the answer. For the app itself, the chat can help: it searches here first and otherwise passes you on to us.
