If you pay for your subscription through the app, you can switch to another subscription from the same gym yourself. So you don’t start a second subscription alongside the first.
Where. Under Profile → Your subscription, with Switch subscription. You’ll see the subscriptions you can switch to, with the price and what’s included.
See what it does first. Choose a subscription. Before anything changes, you’ll see what it costs and when it starts.
- A more expensive subscription is active straight away. You now pay the difference for the rest of your period, with the same payment method as now. If the new subscription gives you more classes or credit per period, the difference is added straight away.
- A cheaper subscription is scheduled for the end of your current period. Until then you keep what you had, because you’ve already paid for it.
The terms. If the new subscription has terms, you read them and tick that you agree. That agreement goes on your contract.
Withdrawing a scheduled switch. It’s shown with your subscription, with Withdraw switch. You can do this up to the day of the switch.
When it’s not possible.
- If a payment is outstanding, settle that first.
- If you’ve cancelled, withdraw your cancellation first.
- You can’t switch to a punch card or a fixed-term contract yourself; you arrange that with your gym.
- If you don’t pay through the app, you arrange a different subscription with your gym.
