If your gym offers subscriptions you can take out yourself, you do that under Profile → Your subscription.
Choosing. For each subscription you see the price, for what period, and what’s included: classes, credit, how many days ahead you can book, access times, one-off costs and possibly a renewal price.
The terms. Read them and tick that you agree. That agreement goes on your contract.
The first period. If your subscription starts on the first of the month, you pay pro rata for the days until then. One-off costs, such as a joining fee, are added to the first payment.
Using points. If your gym takes part in a points programme, you can use points towards your monthly amount, up to the limit your gym sets. If you change your mind and don’t pay, your points come back within a day.
Paying. You go to a Stripe payment page, your gym’s payment service. There you pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card or SEPA direct debit. The app then opens again by itself, showing Payment successful. Your subscription is there straight away.
Further payments. After a payment with iDEAL or Bancontact, the following instalments run as a direct debit. See Payment and direct debit.
Trial days. If the subscription has trial days, the button says so: you pay €0 today and the first payment follows after the trial.
Cooling-off period. You have fourteen days to change your mind. If you do, withdraw from the agreement under Profile → Your subscription with Withdraw from this agreement. Your subscription then stops straight away; you get back what you paid, minus the days it was already running. You receive a confirmation of receipt by email, with the date and time.
No subscriptions showing? Then your gym doesn’t offer them in the app. Ask at the front desk.
