Assistant does a lot, but there are a few things it never does, even if you ask. It explains where to find it and opens the screen; you take the last step yourself.
- Money going out: refunds, connecting or removing Stripe, payouts. A misheard amount can’t be undone.
- Irreversible deletion: a record, an account or your business.
- Permissions: changing colleagues’ permissions, making someone owner, revoking access.
- Security: password, second factor, signing out.
- Your business’s plan: changing or cancelling it.
Why. These actions deserve a deliberate moment, without a misheard word setting something in motion. That applies even if your colleagues are allowed to do them: the assistant doesn’t press these buttons.
What can be done with a yes. Saving, sending, inviting, scheduling, changing or ending a subscription, cancelling a class: it only does that if you asked for it in so many words, or after you tap Yes.
