What your gym sees about you

Which data your coach and gym see, and whether they also see your history from before you were linked.

If you’re with a gym or coach, they see part of what you record. That’s what makes coaching possible.

What a coach sees. Your workouts, your measurements, your nutrition and your progress photos, and the forms you filled in.

What the gym also sees. Your membership, your bookings, your orders and your payments. That’s administration.

From when. By default only what you record from the moment you joined the business. Under Profile → What your business sees of you you can turn on, per business, that they also see your history from before that. That helps a new coach see where you’re coming from. You always see everything about yourself.

What they never see. Your password, your conversations with support, your cycle, and what you enter yourself in an overview for your physio or GP.

Stopping. Under Profile → Your data and who has looked at it you end your coaching. Your coach then no longer sees your data.
