Notes on an exercise

Writing something down for an exercise: for this workout, or permanently so you see it every time. Plus what your coach added.

On the set card, below the tempo, is Note. What you write there belongs to the exercise.

Two kinds.

  • This workout. "Felt it in my shoulder on set 3", "add 2.5 kilos next time". The note belongs to this workout: you see it again in your workout overview, and your coach sees it with the workout.
  • Every time. A fixed note comes back whenever you do this exercise again: "seat on setting 4, pin 7", "rings on hole 6". That one is just for you.

At the top of the note, choose which of the two you’re writing. You can also edit a fixed note on the exercise’s own screen, outside a workout.

From your coach. If your coach added something to the exercise, it appears at the top, marked From your coach.

Without signal. Notes are stored on your phone and sent as soon as there’s a connection again, just like your sets.

Removing. Clear the note and save.
